Switched-on appoint Kasturi Cotha as Operations Manager of Indian Development Centre.

Having successfully launched in Bangalore last year we’re scaling-up big time with dedicated development and production divisions for our services and software.

Kasturi has managed the development of teams in excess of 200 from the ground up and has been working with switched-on as HR consultant for the past few month.  

We’re currently on-boarding two new staff member per week, working our way up to a team of 55 developers by year end. This acceleration is translating into quicker releases and massive innovation momentum.
